Equipping Level 3 leaders to step up by uncovering their strengths and hidden capacities

 

The challenge and burden Singaporean senior executives face have never been greater.  Executives must keep BAU running while transforming businesses and taking care of employees whose jobs are threatened by technology and competition. The demands and pressures on these leaders is enormous and mounting. In this context, Singaporean companies across the board are full of L3 (CEO-2) executives who work hard, but unsure they want bigger jobs, and struggling to provide the leadership demanded. Meanwhile, their bosses cannot be promoted until the bench strengths are strong enough for someone to succeed them.  It doesn’t have to be this way.   They individually have hidden strengths and capacities that are waiting to be unleashed, and when they come together as comrades, spark each other towards greater performance and growth. We have the opportunity impact an entire generation of Singaporean leaders.

 

LinHart has designed a group version of its proven method to groom individual CEOs to equip and inspire L3 leaders to grow into fuller, enterprise leaders.

  • Motivated L3 leaders can achieve improvements of 25-35% on key leadership bottlenecks over a 2-year period
  • Each leader learns to lead from their strengths and personal values while uncovering under-used leadership muscles
  • Team dynamics – if it is a bottleneck to more shared leadership – can also be shifted to allow individual leaders to more fully contribute, and collaborate more flexibly rather than respond merely to command

 

One full cycle of the system across the identified leadership bottlenecks are as follows.

Each cohort ideally comes from 2 or more companies

  • Each participant chooses minimum 3 modules x 3 days each, over 12-18 months
  • Each participant chooses to opt into the 4th & 5th module as guided by an upfront assessment
  • Each module occurs over a weekend plus one week day (Fri or Mon)
  • Sending companies opt for shared vs private session in specific modules; plenary session for each module is mandatory
  • Repeat of a cycle can be helpful for participants who need more depth and intensity to breakthrough

Base Fee per participant (for basic 3 modules)
