Program Manager Job Description
As LinHart grows its suite of leadership acceleration programs for different segments of leaders, it is looking for Program Managers with the option of two tracks. Program Manager(s) will work closely with the Program Leader and program faculty to develop, execute and improve the program. It is a good fit for professionals with a strong interest in cutting edge leadership programs, scalable ways to coach leaders, and the interconnection between individual motivation/capacity and business performance. Previous counselling, coaching, teaching and/or HR experience is a nice to have, but not a must have. A competitive salary commensurate with experience, education and market value will be provided. Program Development Manager is entitled to an additional performance-based business development bonus.
Track A. Program Development Manager
- Conduct research, interviews, and other field work to understand prospective participant needs and challenges, and draw implications for the architecture, design and logistics of the program
- Identify segments of potential participants and do outreach to them; map relevant segments if applicable
- Assess prospects’ readiness for the program
- Develop prospects’ interest and readiness for the program; work closely with Program Leader, faculty and other stakeholders to convert prospects
- Give input to program architecture, design, and delivery
- Develop pipeline of ideas for new programs to launch
- Build out social media and public reputation necessary to support program development
- Helps participants identify funding assistance that could apply to them
- Helps the firm tap into funding assistance where applicable

Track B. Program Execution Manager
- Flesh out program design and participant materials according to Program Leader’s specifications for topics within program manager’s area of expertise and stretch zone
- Handle all program logistics including technology to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of the program
- Act as first point of contact for participants communication on program materials and Logistics
- Maintain dossier on each participant according to structure developed by Program Leader
- Work with faculty and participants to populate dossier and ensure it is updated; do desktop research on participants to populate dossier
- Learn about each participant as much as possible and flag for program leader and faculty how each participant can be best challenged and supported, and similarly share with participants how they can best draw on faculty group and other resources
- Develop social media posts related to the programs under his (her) charge
- Document success stories based on participant experience
- Analyze program feedback and draw implications; give program leader and faculty feedback and input on the program based on own observations
- Keep an accounting of program expenses and prepare for any audits by partners/clients/other parties
