In one’s career, there are challenges and setbacks that one may struggle and lose faith. That is when a mentor is needed. Mentorship is similar to parenting; there is no one single formula. It is a deeply personal, trusting relationship between 2 professionals in which the more conscious, experienced one sees unique potential in the younger one, creates experiences between them to help the younger one develop knowledge, skills and qualities to fulfill that potential and become vested in transforming the mentee.
