Conquering Self

Growing as a leader requires becoming aware of and overcoming nonconstructive beliefs. These beliefs could be deeply embedded to the extent that they feel like a part of ourselves. Recognizing the limitations of these beliefs to adopt more expansive ways of seeing and being leads to new degrees of freedom.

QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF

  • Who am I?
  • What beliefs do I hold that may not be unconstructive in my current environment anymore?
  • What fears, if I let them go, would significantly enhance my leadership and life?
